WP2 Collecting information, benchmarking, peer learning

The objective of WP2 is to list collective and applicable methods, practices and technology that can be used in improving the skills and competences of the schools’ personnel in addressing students with problematic behaviour, problems with concentration or/and physical, social, mental wellbeing, isolation, or no-show in classes.

Each partner will study and evaluate suitable practices in their own regions and choose the best ones to be presented for the other partners. The partners will evaluate the applicability of these in the context of their own school and educational system and discuss the findings together. External experts as well as teachers and students can be involved in this evaluation work. Based on the evaluation process the partners will agree on the best practices that will be piloted in each participating VET school during WP3.

The main result of WP2 is a survey report listing best practices. The report is used in WP3. Yet, it can be used as such for recommendations and piloting purposes in other schools as well.

Graafschap College is in charge of coordinating the work. Each project partner is responsible for collecting information on applicable methods, practices and technologies in their region and among their stakeholder groups, for familiarizing with the material and for choosing the most applicable ones to be shared and presented to the other partners. Further, external experts will be invited to introduce new methods, practices and technology. Specialists from stakeholder groups will be invited to join the evaluation processes. Graafschap College and IVV will organize live working sessions in the Netherlands and in Belgium in which also WinNova will attend. Each partner will choose 3-4 staff members to join these benchmarking and partner workshops. The workshops are planned to take place on February 2025.
