Kansainvälinen hanke
Cultural heritage -projektissa on mukana neljä ammatillista oppilaitosta Unkarista, Islannista, Espanjasta ja Suomesta. Tarkoituksena on tutustua muihin eurooppalaisiin kulttuureihin epämuodollisessa ympäristössä. Projektiin sisältyy neljä lyhytkestoista liikkuvuutta opiskelijaryhmille, monipuolisesti verkkotehtäviä sekä opiskelijoiden omissa oppilaitoksissa järjestettäviä tapahtumia. Suunnitteilla on myös pidempi opiskelijaliikkuvuus yksittäisille opiskelijoille.
Cultural Heritage -projekti tuo opiskelijoille, opettajille ja oppilaitoksille mahdollisuuden luoda ja vahvistaa kansainvälisiä eurooppalaisia yhteistyöverkostoja. Osallistujat saavat tilaisuuden lisätä kulttuuritietoisuuttaan sekä parantaa viestintätaitojaan, englanninkielen hallintaansa ja tietoteknistä osaamistaan. Projekti edistää mukana olevien oppilaitosten kansainvälistä toimintaa ja luo pohjaa pysyvälle yhteistyölle.
Kansainvälinen hanke
The Cultural Heritage Project is carried out by four secondary schools from Hungary, Spain, Iceland and Finland. The purpose is to learn about other European cultures in an informal environment. The project consists of four short-term mobilities for groups of students, varied online assignments and events organized in the students’ own schools. In addition, a long-term mobility for individual students is being planned.
In the first stage of the project students will prepare for the coming short-term mobilities by making videos about their own culture and language. They will also create online quizzes for the other schools. In the second stage student groups will visit each one of the project countries under the supervision of their teachers. The students of the host schools will introduce their culture and organise activities according to a chosen theme.
In the third stage of the project students will continue to work in international teams and publish online magazines based on the mobilities. They will also share their experiences with all the other students in their own schools by organising Culture Days that introduce each of the project countries. The Culture Days will make use of the materials the students have produced during the project.
The Cultural Heritage Project will bring students, teachers and schools an opportunity to create and strengthen international European contact networks. The participants will be able to increase their cultural awareness and improve their communicative abilities, English language proficiency and IT skills. The project advances the participating schools’ international activities and creates a basis for lasting cooperation.
